Job Title:Transportation Management Senior Specialist Summary:募集背景 高付加価値をもたらすシリコーン製品を扱う当社では、日本法人のみならず、海外拠点を含め、約3500種類の製品を扱っています。これらの製品を効率的に輸送・配送するためのシステムを活用・運用を担う当ポジションで活躍頂ける方からのご応募をお待ちしております。 Responsibilities Include: 仕事内容 このポジションは、輸送管理システムのシニアスペシャリストとして、主に以下の業務を担当していただきます。 輸送管理システム（TMS）を活用し、日々の輸送業務の実行と監督を担い、国内貨物の効率的かつ費用対効果の高い輸送を実現します。 また、出荷状況の監視、例外処理、納期遵守の確保、SSCP（貨物輸送計画）の活用、管理を行います。 積載計画において、物流パフォーマンスを最適化するために、貨物の合積みの機会を積極的に特定、実施することでコストとサービスの最適化を図ります。 貨物の請求、支払い、監査プロセスをサポートし、経理上の正確性とコンプライアンスを維持します。 社内の物流チームおよび外部パートナーと連携し、輸送サービスレベルと業務の整合性を向上させます。 また、TMS内でLTL輸送業者、ルートガイド、料金表（燃料サーチャージを含む）を管理します。 パフォーマンス指標（KPI）の策定とコスト分析にも参加します。ビジネスチームおよびオペレーションチームと連携し、戦略的イニシアチブを推進し、主要業績目標（G&O）を達成します。 システム拡張をサポートし、TMS関連プロジェクトおよびテストに参加します。 また、TMSプラットフォーム内のマスターデータの正確性と整合性を確保し、 緊急輸送やその他の顧客の緊急タスクをサポートします。 国内配送のみならず、輸出、輸入に関わる国際輸送に関する業務にも携わることで、国内外の担当者とのコミュニケーションを持ち、また、オペレーション上のリスク、懸念事項を精査し、改善を行います。 新たに導入されるシステム（タンクコンテナマネジメント、インバウンドShip to Pay （S2P）の運用、メンテナンスを管理し、システムの改善、拡張にも参画します。 This position, as a Transportation Management System (TMS) senior specialist,
