職務内容（Job Description） Clarivate は、イノベーションとコラボレーションを重視するグローバルリーダーであり、社員がプロフェッショナルとしても個人としても成長できる環境を提供しています。柔軟なハイブリッドワークモデルを採用し、ワークライフバランスを大切にしながら効率的に働けるよう支援しています。東京オフィスは 18 階に位置し、美しい街並みを一望できるインスピレーションに満ちた職場環境です。多様性を尊重し、前向きな挑戦を歓迎する組織の一員として、共に未来を築いていきましょう。 当社では、東京オフィスの Academia & Government チームに所属する シニア・テクニカルソリューションコンサルタント を募集しています。本ポジションは、Clarivate のソフトウェアスイート製品群に携わる魅力的な機会です。チームは営業およびプリセールスで構成され、シニアディレクター（プロダクトセールス）にレポートします。図書館市場での専門性を有しており、同様のご経験をお持ちの方とぜひお話ししたいと考えています。 営業チームと密接に連携し、新規および既存顧客に対して魅力的で価値のあるソリューションを提示することで、売上成長を牽引していただきます。高いインパクトのある製品デモ、提案書作成、ディール戦略の立案など、営業プロセスにおいて重要な役割を担います。また、複雑なビジネス要件を理解し、それを最適なソリューションに落とし込む“信頼できるアドバイザー”として、顧客の意思決定を支援します。 About You – 必要な経験・スキル・資格 経験： 関連業務経験 7 年以上 営業チームの戦略的パートナーとして、案件の評価、ソリューションの訴求、顧客意思決定の支援を行った経験 顧客のビジネス課題を理解し、競争環境において差別化された価値提案へと落とし込むスキル ディールリスク、顧客の準備状況、導入上の考慮事項などについて営業へコンサルティング的助言を行った経験 ソリューション範囲、商流、顧客の成功基準を初期段階で整合させることで、戦略的案件を支援した経験 シニアレベルの顧客との信頼関係構築、およびスケーラビリティ・長期価値の観点からソリューション適合性を強化した経験 アカウント／テリトリープランニングへの貢献（クロスセル、アップセル機会の特定など） 営業リーダーシップと連携し、大型案件、更新案件、競合からのリプレイス案件に関する戦略支援 社内に顧客視点のフィードバックを提供し、GTM（Go-To-Market）戦略や勝率向上に貢献 パイプラインレビューや案件レビューへの参加 営業・ソリューションコンサルティングチーム全体へのベストプラクティスの共有 必須知識・スキル： ネットワーク、SaaS、クラウドコンピューティングに関する知識 図書館テクノロジーの理解、および新しい技術を学習・適用する能力
