主要職責: 銷售代表負責台灣南部區域(覆蓋嘉義至臺東),主要於既有客戶及新客戶中挖掘並完成銷售機會。該崗位將重點拓展多專科門診手術中心,並拜訪轄區內未被指定為銷售代表負責的部分醫院。工作地點可在高雄或臺南。 • 依公司目標,在指定區域內擴大 ASP 產品的市場佔有率 • 與新客戶及目標既有客戶建立關係,並透過顧問式銷售流程,找出滿足客戶需求的解決方案 • 為客戶提供適當的解決方案、行銷資料及臨床資訊,以獲得客戶對購買 ASP 產品的承諾 • 開發新的潛在客戶,主要透過資本設備的導入,同時培養 ASP 技術的支持者 • 與區域銷售經理、現場服務工程師、行銷、培訓及教育團隊有效溝通與協作 • 根據客戶需求,提供產品示範、培訓簡報及現場操作指導 • 使用 Salesforce 提供即時且最新的客戶資訊;定期更新銷售行動計畫及預測,用於區域季度檢討及業務計畫,以促進 ASP 產品與服務的採購 • 建立並維持最佳的拜訪頻率,以促進與客戶的良好關係,更深入了解客戶的業務與需求,並達成銷售配額 • 分析區域內資本設備、耗材及服務的銷售潛力,制定銷售執行計畫,以達成或超越公司目標 • 持續獲取、維持並擴展對產品特性、優勢、應用及市場狀況的理解,以提升現有及未來產品的需求 • 參與當地協會或其他相關組織,包括區域層級的採購團體 _ 我們的需求:
