インターネット／大規模インフラストラクチャ ソリューションエンジニア 職務概要 Internet and Mass-Scale Infrastructure（I&MI）領域のSenior Solution Engineerとして、日本市場におけるCiscoのサービスプロバイダー向けルーティング、光ネットワーキング、およびネットワーク自動化ソリューションに関する、技術面でのリード役および信頼されるアドバイザーを担っていただきます。 東京を拠点とし、柔軟なハイブリッド勤務が可能な環境で、Account Executive（AE）、お客様の技術部門のリーダー、Ciscoのエンジニアリング部門と緊密に連携しながら、ネットワークアーキテクチャ戦略の策定、複雑なソリューション設計、PoC（Proof of Concept）の実施、および重要顧客案件における技術的な受注の獲得を推進します。 本ポジションで成功するためには、大規模ネットワークに関する深い専門知識に加え、お客様が抱える複雑な課題を魅力的かつ実現可能な技術アーキテクチャへと落とし込む能力が求められます。また、お客様のエンジニアリングチーム、パートナー、CiscoのグローバルBusiness Unit（BU）など、社内外の関係者との協調関係を構築することも重要です。 高いモチベーション、技術的な厳密さを持ち、戦略的なアーキテクチャ議論と実機・実環境での技術検証の双方に対応できる方を求めています。 主な職務内容 技術プリセールスおよび戦略をリード 日本のI&MI市場において、サービスプロバイダー向けルーティング、光ネットワーク、Routed Optical Networking（RON）、ネットワーク自動化領域のリードSolution Engineerとして活動します。 エンドツーエンドのソリューションを設計 Tier-1サービスプロバイダー、Cloud/Webscale、大手企業、公共セクターのお客様向けに、拡張性、耐障害性、電力効率に優れた次世代ネットワークアーキテクチャを設計します。 技術的な受注（Technical Win）を推進 お客様との技術的なディスカッション、アーキテクチャワークショップ、RFP/RFIへの技術回答、エグゼクティブ向けプレゼンテーションなどをリードし、技術面での案件クロージングおよび競合との差別化を実現します。 高付加価値なPoC・技術検証を実行 Ciscoのハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ネットワーク自動化機能を実証するため、PoC、顧客ラボでの評価、ソリューションデモンストレーションの計画・設計・リードを行います。 部門横断で協業 Account Executive（AE）、Client Director、Solution Architect、CX（Customer Experience）、Channel Partner、Marketingなどと密接に連携し、案件パイプラインの構築とビジネス成長の加速に貢献します。
