業務内容 役割（Role） プロダクトマネージャー(PM)は、マーケティング・プラン(戦略的および戦術的イニシアチブ)の計画と実行を主導し、社内外の様々なステークホルダーと連携することが求められます。主な目的は、年間の事業目標を達成し、中期的な事業成長の源泉を創ることです。このポジションはまた、担当製品ポートフォリオの管理を担当し、市場で顧客が担当製品を安全かつ効果的に製品を使用できるよう管理・支援することが含まれます。 担当製品は、中央材料室（手術機器を洗浄・滅菌する部門）や検査室で用いられる医療機器を再処理するための医療機器など複数のアイテムを担当して頂くことになります。 求める経験・スキル 必須資格・技能・能力（Must Have） 能力 ビジネスパフォーマンスの向上と投資の最適化を行えること。 営業部門との緊密な連携で、割り当てられた製品のビジネス目標を達成すること。 予算内で支出を効果的に管理し、効率的な投資を行うこと。 割り当てられた製品に関連するプロモーション資料や固定資産を適切に管理できる。 割り当てられた製品に対して適切な在庫レベルを維持できる。 マーケットの市場情報を取得・管理を行えること。 国内外の市場動向、顧客動向、競合情報のタイムリーな取得と分析をする。 収集した情報を活用して、担当製品のマーケティング戦略や販売戦術を策定できる。 新製品発売の事前準備から販売促進までプロジェクトをリードできる。 新製品の市場投入方法を計画できる。 国内外の部門と連携し、製品価値を最大化してビジネスを推進できる 担当製品に対して戦略に基づくコミュニケーション戦略を策定・実行できる。 国内外の社内関係者と協力し、競合他社に対する競争優位性を確立する。 顧客との関係構築ができる。 担当製品に関連する主要顧客や主要オピニオンリーダーと良好な関係を築き維持することができる。 必要資格と経験 学士号(4年制大学の学位)以上 医療業界(医療機器または製薬)におけるマーケティング職として最低3年の経験が必要。 医療業界(医療機器または製薬)で最低5年の専門職経験 が必要。 医療環境、医療経済学、管理、競合他社に関する情報について、さまざまな分析を行うのに十分なレベルであること。 チームリーダーまたはプロジェクトリーダーとしての実績があり、プロジェクトマネジメントのスキルを持つこと。 英語でビジネスレベル(TOEIC:730以上)、日本語でネイティブレベル 求める人物像 戦略的思考を持ち、自身の戦略・戦術を主体的にリードできる 顧客志向で、現場の課題を理解し改善に取り組める方 多様なステークホルダーと協調し、円滑なコミュニケーションができる方 勤務地・勤務形態 勤務地
