1. Internal Rating Model Development Design, develop, calibrate, and validate: Corporate Rating Models (A-Card) Retail/SME Scorecards (B-Card) Define rating methodologies and risk segmentation. Establish rating scales, score-to-grade mapping, and overrides. Assess discriminatory power and model stability.
