Work Model: Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday. _
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies through the RFx process. - Develop and negotiate contracts with new suppliers and/or renegotiate existing contracts to accomplish the lowest total system
