(English follows) 【部署の説明】 私たちはグローバルなNNグループの一員として、国際的な金融サービス企業としての安定性と、地域に根ざしたビジネスならではのスピード感と革新性を兼ね備えています。 中小企業（SME）に特化した独自のビジネスモデルを展開し、そのニーズに的確に応える保険商品を提供しています。 NN生命では現在、AIやデータの活用を成長戦略の中核に据え、さらなる企業価値の向上を目指しています。 その中で、データ＆アナリティクス部門（D&A部）はIT部門の一部として、NNライフ・ジャパン全体のデータおよびAIに関するあらゆるトピックやイニシアティブを統括・推進しています。データおよびAI活用を経営・業務の中核に据え、全社横断での利活用を推進・管理する役割を担っています。 AI活用が高度化・多様化する中、適切なAIガバナンスのもとで持続的な価値創出を実現することが、重要なテーマとなっています。 本ポジションでは、ビジネス部門、IT、法務／リスク／コンプライアンス部門、ならびにグループ各社と連携し、既存のAIガバナンスフレームワークを運用・高度化するとともに、当社で利用しているAIプラットフォームに対する知見を深め、各領域で展開されるAIユースケースを支援していくことが求められます。 【職務内容】 技術的なAIリスク評価の運用リード すべてのAIプロジェクトを安全に推進するため、技術的なAIリスクの評価を実施します。 事業環境や技術動向の変化を踏まえて、AIリスクフレームワークの改善を行うとともに、AIプロジェクトに対するモニタリングを実施します。グループと議論しながら、グループのリスクフレームワークとの整合性なども確認します。 四半期ごとに執行役員レベルへのAIリスク評価結果の報告と最新動向の共有なども実施します。 この役割では、AIの技術的な側面からのリスク評価が強く求められており、ご自身でもAI開発や推進が可能な方が望ましいです。 AIプラットフォームの導入・展開支援 全社的に高まりつつあるAIエージェント活用の機運を背景に、Databricks上のMosaic AIおよびAzureを基盤としたAIプラットフォームの導入・展開を支援します。プラットフォームに関する知見を深化させるとともに、グループ各社からの情報を集約し、全社の各領域においてAI開発・活用が円滑に進むよう、ユーザー向けの支援を行います。 さらに、Databricks上でのAutoML導入を通じて、ユーザーが機械学習を業務に取り入れられるよう、教育および継続的なサポートを提供します。AI開発の民主化における司令塔として、全社横断でのAIユースケース創出に貢献します。 AI・データプロジェクトのリードおよび推進 保険業界におけるAI・データ活用プロジェクトをリードし、業務課題の特定からソリューション設計、モデル開発、実装までを一貫して推進します。規制対応やリスク管理を十分に考慮しながら、顧客データを活用した予測モデルや業務自動化を実現し、業務効率化および収益性向上に貢献します。 また、部門横断での調整や多様なステークホルダーとの連携を担い、戦略的な視点からプロジェクトを成功に導きます。 【入社後の教育・研修について】 社内研修としてDataAcademyを備えており、社内のツールについて学ぶことができる 要望があれば社外の研修も受講することができる機会がある (マイクロソフト社の認定資格取得など) 【当該業務の魅力】 全社横断でAIリスクを管理および助言していくAIエキスパートになれる 執行役員とAIプロジェクトについてコミュニケーションが取れる 全社のAIユースケースを俯瞰でき、実務につながるAI活用をリードできる グローバルなチーム構成でかつ、在宅勤務可 外資系金融機関で保険に関する業務経験を得ることができる 今後数年で確実に重要度が高まるキャリア分野 【将来のキャリア展望】 AIエキスパート AI／データ戦略関連マネジメントポジション
